The Role
CQC is hiring an Executive Assistant to perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities in support of the CEO and the Executive Committee. The executive assistant is a critical point of contact across the business and interacts with all levels of the organization as well as its clients, investors and other external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
The EA is a critical and trusted resource for the CEO, who represents the CEO with friendliness and professionalism. He or she is also the trusted and reliable person that makes sure that the CEO schedule and travel happens seamlessly.
Relevant Skills and Experience
The successful candidate is likely to have the following in their experience and qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree.
Service leadership and supportive mentality
Trust and reliability
At least 10 years of experience in an executive assistant capacity.
Expertise managing complex calendars and itineraries.
Outstanding attention to detail. Highly organized and structured.
Proven ability to get things done in a complex organization.
Trustworthy and reliable.
High level of comfort navigating conflicting priorities, change, and balancing multiple activities at once.
Superb time and prioritization management skills.
High proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Takes initiative and anticipates needs, exercises independent and sound judgment.
Strong cultural competency skills and the ability to collaborate with people of varying backgrounds and identities, both with coworkers across departments and externally
Experience in an international company with global operations across multiple time zones is a plus.
True enjoyment from connecting with others and building a strong company culture.

This position is based in Washington DC. Regular attendance in the office is expected.
