Location: Hybrid (2 days per week in the office)

The Role
Facilities and Office management
Purpose: Oversee the efficient running of the office through implementation of procedures to improve efficiency in order to support team members in the delivery of their work and to ensure a clean, safe and inclusive working environment for team members and visitors.

Purpose: Provide pro-active administrative support to the Executive Committee, Board and Managing Partner to support the delivery of the strategy

The salary rage for this role is between £30-35K depending on your experience. We also offer a comprehensive learning and development programme, flexible working patterns and a matched company pension up to 5%. You will have 26 days core holiday (for the 2022-23 holiday year), plus a further 3 flexible days and public holidays which you can take whenever you want to.
The role is based in our offices in Brighton & Hove (East Sussex), but we recognise the benefits of flexible, hybrid working arrangements for eligible roles and would be open to considering part time hours. Due to the requirements of this position, we are ideally looking for this person to be in the office at least 2 days per week.
