Social Solutions is seeking an Event Coordinator to work with Innovations team within the USAID Bureau for Development, Democracy, and Innovation. The Event Coordinator will provide planning, logistical, and programmatic support to the Innovation Division for its planned retreat in the first quarter of 2023. This includes soliciting quotes, facilitating negotiations, and securing an appropriate venue, accommodating audio/visual needs for attending staff as well as any staff who are unable to attend in person, ordering and facilitating refreshments (including accommodating a variety of dietary needs), note-taking, and attendee requests. Event coordination support may also be required to coordinate invoicing, receipts, credit card reconciliation post-event and inputs for an After-Action Report.
