The role

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent service to customers and who has the ambition and capability to develop into a Principal Consultant or future leader of our business. We have a large pipeline of work including ETCS fitment, approvals and assessment. You will have the opportunity to work on projects worldwide including Australia, US, Canada, Asia and Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Support business development and write proposals; developing relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
• Bid, win and deliver commercially successful projects; working with clients to understand their objectives and desired outcomes for each project.
• As well as delivering project work you will need to meet and develop relationships with key engineering leaders and rail decision makers as well as enhancing your own and the teams technical capabilities.

Key competencies and experience

• ETCS/ ERTMS system knowledge including hands-on project engineering experience.
• Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in a STEM discipoline that is eligible for Chartered status where applicable.
• Member (or eligible for membership) of a recognised professional institution.
