Job Title: Pharmaceutical ERP Implementation Consultant

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pharmaceutical ERP Implementation Consultant to join our team in Mumbai, India. In the dynamic world of pharmaceuticals, having an efficient Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is crucial. We are looking for a professional who can lead, implement, and support our ERP system and related software solutions tailored to pharmaceutical manufacturing  in India based out of Mumbai. This is a unique opportunity to drive innovation and efficiency in pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:

As a Pharmaceutical ERP Implementation Consultant, your core responsibilities will include:

• Leading the implementation and support of our ERP system customized for pharmaceutical industry to maximize its potential.
• Integrating the ERP system with complementary software solutions specific to pharmaceutical production, such as inventory management, quality control, compliance, and supply chain management.
• Analyzing pharmaceutical finance, sales and marketing, accounts and distribution processes and aligning them with ERP software configuration requirements.
• Identifying necessary hardware and software requirements for the pharmaceutical ERP system implementation.
• Project managing the ERP system implementation in collaboration with the implementation team.
• Organizing and leading regular catch-up meetings with the implementation team to monitor ERP system implementation progress.
• Reviewing existing documentation and records to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Creating comprehensive documentation for the entire ERP implementation process, including regulatory compliance.
• Providing support in tracking deliverables from the ERP system provider.
• Potentially assisting with other system implementations, such as CRM and SFE, tailored for operations, finance, sales and accounts.
• Handling ad hoc activities related to ERP implementation and process improvement.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will likely possess the following qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in ERP usage and implementation, with a focus on pharmaceutical industry.
• In-depth knowledge of key ERP systems customized for pharma sales
• Proven track record of successfully executing previous pharmaceutical ERP implementations and mastery of ERP systems tailored for the pharmaceutical industry.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements, quality control, and compliance.
• Must have access to a functional laptop for the duration of the project.
• Willingness to work at our designated office with the India team for the contract duration.
• High autonomy and an entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to balance the big picture and attention to detail in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
