Purpose of the role:
As an ERP Application Analyst, you will drive the adoption, development, and maintenance of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) program. To succeed in this role, you have the patience to communicate with various interdisciplinary teams and thrive in a changing and fast-paced environment. Your ultimate goal is to improve the ERP – increase usability for end users, provide functional and technical support and provide management with the information needed to run the business smoothly and efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
What success looks like in this role:
User Support: You will support end-users who encounter issues with the ERP system. This may involve troubleshooting, resolving technical problems, and assisting with user inquiries.
System Maintenance: You will maintain the ERP system to ensure it operates effectively, which includes applying updates, patches, and system configurations.
System Monitoring and Performance: You will monitor the system daily and respond immediately to usability, security, performance, and data quality issues. Assist in planning and executing ERP system upgrades or migrations, ensuring a smooth transition to new versions or modules.
Business Stakeholder Management: You will interact with functional leaders and users to clarify business needs, develop use cases, document requirements, design specifications and test scenarios.
System Updates and Continuous Improvement: You will conduct research and implement enhancements, complete system configuration, workflows, data loading, testing and deployment. Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency within the ERP system and propose enhancements or optimizations to maximize its value to the organization.
