BlinkNow Foundation through its Implementing partner Kopila Valley Sewa Samaj impletmented three cohorts of The Family Development Program (FDP). The organization is going to conduct impact evaluation to see the improvement on the socio-economic, health, psycho-social, and educational well-being of families associated with Kopila Valley School and the implementing partners. Through tailored interventions, the program addresses vulnerabilities and empowers families to achieve self-sustainability and resilience.
The evaluation will measure the program’s impact, assess progress across multiple domains, and gather data for future planning. The trained enumerators will be mobilized for the field data collection.
Position Detail
Program: Family Development Program (FDP) Evaluation
Location: Birendraanagar Surkhet, Nepal
Duration 7 days (1-day data collection and 6 days fieldwork )
Type of Position: Short-Term Contract (Daily Wages Bases)
SCOPE OF WORK
As an Enumerator, you will play a vital role in collecting high-quality data for the evaluation of the FDP. Your primary responsibilities include:
Participate in Orientation
- Participate in qualitative and quantitative data collection tool orientation for at least one day.
- Understand research ethics and project intervention.
Data Collection:
- Conduct structured and semi-structured interviews with families of the intervention.
- Facilitate focus group discussions where required.
- Administer surveys and questionnaires using provided tools (digital tool.
Documentation and Reporting:

- Accurately record responses and observations during data collection.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of all collected data.
Information Sharing:

- Ensure that evaluation participants understand the purpose of the evaluation and provide informed consent.
- Build trust and rapport with respondents while maintaining neutrality.
Logistics and Coordination:

- Actual Travel to designated field locations as needed.
- Collaborate with the organization’s evaluation team to ensure timely and quality data submission.
Compliance and Ethics:

- Adhere to confidentiality and ethical standards in handling sensitive information.
- Ensure data is collected without bias or influence
- Agreed to sign data non-disclosure agreement with the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Plus 2 (Graduates in Social Work, Sociology, Public Health, Education, or a related field)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluency in Local Language and basic skill in English.
- Familiarity with data collection tools and techniques.
- Prior experience in field surveys or data collection is preferred but not mandatory.
Skills and Atrributes
- Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Cultural sensitivity and the ability to work with diverse groups.
- Proficiency in using mobile or tablet-based data collection tools
- Aggreed to use own android phone for data collection.
- Willingness to travel to field locations as per the respondents availability and convenience.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under minimal supervision.
- Availability for orientation and data collection in last week of December 2024 and First week of January 2025
Remuneration and Benefits
- Stipend: Minimum Fooding cost during the period.
- Travel Allowance: Coverage for transportation to field sites.
- Certificate of Completion: Upon successful completion of the assignment.
