The ideal candidate will possess an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of independently prospecting, connecting, and closing deals, while also fostering strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth for our ECM product. This role demands a self-starter with exceptional sales acumen, a keen understanding of Case Management software or similar enterprise-level applications, and a passion for innovation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, nurturing client relationships, and leading a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

What Qualifications We Need:

  • Entrepreneurial mindset - ability to source, connect, and sell independently.
  • Proven track record of success in SaaS sales leadership roles.
  • Experience with human services Case Management software or similar enterprise-level applications, ideally in the social services marketplace.
  • Demonstrated ability to persist and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results under pressure.
  • Sales hunting mentality, strong prospecting skills, and outcomes-driven.
  • Extreme client focus. Demonstrated skill in communicating and delivering client value.
  • Ability to establish and maintain executive relationships with key client decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to communicate complex issues in simple terms via written and verbal communication.
  • Demonstrated experience exceeding revenue targets, experience hitting and surpassing quotas and goals.
  • Self-starter, internally motivated and able to successfully work independently in a fully-distributed and remote environment.
  • Experience with startups preferred.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and pricing strategies.
  • Knowledge of modern sales and marketing practices and tools and familiarity with a wide variety of tools and platforms (Hubspot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, etc.)

What You Will Be Doing:

  • This role will drive revenue and growth for our ECM product. You will own the ECM sales pipeline to ensure consistent performance in quarterly and annual quota achievement.
  • Develop a strong pipeline through prospecting, marketing, and partnership activities.
  • Hands-on sales and client outreach- complete client pitches, company overviews, and product demonstrations.
  • Qualify prospects by understanding and documenting requirements, priorities, budgets, etc.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and company objectives.
  • Apply best practices in executing the complete sales lifecycle, including pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Collaborate actively and effectively with product, customer success, and operations teams.
  • Drive a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and client-centricity.
  • Continually test and improve a compelling go-to-market message and strategy.
  • Develop a deep understanding of business issues and opportunities in our core Human Services market in order to create a high-value proposal focused on delivering client’s desired outcomes.
  • Deeply understand the competition in our market. Stay informed about industry developments, emerging data practices and solutions, and specific competitors and their offerings.
