Responsibilities & Requirements

EveryAction is looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join our team as an Enterprise Account Executive for existing customer sales.  In this role you will be responsible for the full sales cycle of existing customers falling into an enterprise nonprofit client group utilizing multiple different tools.

You’ll develop a strong base knowledge of all of our company’s products (ActionKit, VAN, and EveryAction CRM) and be able to identify what combination of solutions is the best fit for the to grow existing customers.  Technical experts from each product line are available to assist throughout the sale but you will be responsible for driving the sales process, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring a smooth contracting process.

You will be working with existing Enterprise customers to learn what they are using our solutions for and what we can offer to take them to the next level.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of sales experience, preferably in a sales role at a company with technology products. Strong preference for Enterprise or Major Market sales experience
  • Experience working with existing customer sales and prospecting with an existing customer base
  • A strong understanding of the nonprofit and/or political technology market
  • Background in SaaS sales preferred, but applicants with other tech or nonprofit sales experience will be considered
  • Demonstrated ability of growing a pipeline in a new market.
  • You are comfortable creating new relationships outside of our current client network – i.e. following up on leads, completing RFP’s, representing the company at conferences, etc.
  • Client focused and highly organized.  You genuinely enjoy answering questions in a team oriented environment
  • A passion for problem solving, project management, logistics, best practices, and data-driven decision-making
  • Willing to be flexible and adopt within a growing company and changing environment.
  • Previous experience with CRMs is a plus, experience with our company’s products like ActionKit and VAN are an even bigger plus.

This position is part of a bargaining unit represented by CWA Local 1400, 2336 or 13000.
