EveryAction is looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join our team as an Enterprise Account Director for existing customer sales. In this role you will be responsible for managing a team of Account Based AE’s selling new and expanded solutions to our existing Enterprise customer portfolio.
Day to Day:
You’ll develop a strong base knowledge of all our company’s products (ActionKit, VAN, and EveryAction CRM, and more) and be able to identify what combination of solutions is the best fit for our existing customers. Our organization has many additional resources (Sales Enablement, Account Based Marketing, Pre-Sales Engineers/Technical resources, etc.) to assist throughout the sales cycle and help you and your team toward successful outcomes. You will have direct managerial responsibility for your team (4-5 Enterprise AEs) and will oversee coaching, mentoring, and motivating to hit your revenue and other goals.
Requirements:
Direct Management or Team Lead experience
Customer Success or direct sales experience, preferably in a SaaS or other technology product environment. Strong preference for Enterprise or Major Market sales experience
Experience leading a team that successfully prospects resulting in significant pipeline and win rates
Define and execute territory sales plans for your territory and customer portfolios.
Develop and manage sales pipeline, prospect and assess sales and move a large number of transactions simultaneously through the sales pipeline.
Demonstrated ability of growing pipeline within an existing customer base, Enterprise or Major Market preferred.
Client focused and highly organized. You genuinely enjoy answering questions in a team-oriented environment
A passion for problem solving, project management, logistics, best practices, and data-driven decision-making
Willing to be flexible and adapt within a growing company and changing environment.
Experience with Salesforce, Drift, Gong, SalesLoft, and other sales and client relationship management tools
Recruit, retain, and nurture your team of experienced sales professionals with high potential and strong performance history
A strong understanding of the nonprofit and/or political technology market preferred
