DNV’s Global Shared Services (GSS) is seeking an Employer Branding and Social Media Expert to join our team.
Employer Branding and Social Media Expert GSS HR is a combination of local ownership within a traditional employer branding responsibilities and creating ideas to improve candidates' experience with DNV brand.
You will be able to make a difference, make every touch point an opportunity to engage. Your work will have an impact on Company’s audience – Employees, Candidates and Customers.
The Employer Branding and Social Media Expert will directly report to the Talent Acquisition Manager, based in Poland.
This position is based in Gdynia, Poland. Hybrid working model 3 days office/2 days work from home. The role is for a 2 years contract.
The Employer Branding will be responsible for activities related to helping to build DNV's image in social media or Internal/ external events. The person in this position should be a natural link between HR, Talent Acquisition, and our Central/ Global Employer Branding Team.
Support the content creation for our internal and external social media channels and taking care of its permanent presence on the Internet, (writing posts, publishing etc.)
Come up with ideas for new communication campaigns and initiatives
Update social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
Internal Employer Branding - Organize internal events, as well as virtual challenges and competitions for our colleagues in Gdynia (Team meetings, Team buildings, Family Day, Xmas party)
Planning, coordination and organization of recruiting fairs and other exhibition events
Conferences
Job/market fairs
Gatherings with customers/specialist communities
Alumni
Recruitment strategies for niche roles/ competences
Manage University relations as a channel to meet potential candidates to build the company's image in the scientific community
Internships
Career events
Lectures
Helping in onboarding (meetings, welcome pack)
Create monthly marketing and communication reports
Other ad hoc tasks
