What You’ll Be Doing
At Cadmus, our Homeland Security Line of Business provides clients with solutions to their most important analytical and policy challenges. We bring together a team of outstanding professionals who have earned a reputation for responsive and client-focused consulting support across a wide range of homeland security, emergency management, and resilience focus areas. Our client-oriented approach, coupled with our deep subject-matter expertise, enables us to bring an incisive edge to solving the most critical homeland security problems.
Our Homeland Security Line of Business seeks an experienced professional to provide senior-level contract/task order management, client management, and oversight of research/analytical requirements to a variety of emergency management consulting projects across the preparedness/resilience, response/recovery, and/or pre-disaster mitigation mission areas. Successful candidates will offer expertise gleaned from previous consulting experience and/or work experience with FEMA and/or similar local, state, tribal, and/federal emergency management partners.
This position will support consulting projects across Cadmus’ Emergency Management practice area. These projects will include supporting FEMA and its federal/state/local partners in evaluating response/recovery/resilience operations, training, and doctrine.

The minimum starting salary for this position is $114,000. The actual salary may be higher and will be determined by several factors, including relevant work experience, education, skills, and market competitiveness.
