Overview

ELEVATE is seeking a passionate, detail oriented/hands on EiQ Business Architect to establish a consistent Business Architecture reference model that enhances the core business architecture domains, identifying capability gaps or opportunities and inefficiencies to support one of our core growth priorities in the organization.

EiQ Business Architect will take responsibility for the enterprise architecture and design of our transformation roadmaps, target operating models and enterprise capability models to support transformation planning and execution in line with the organisation's strategy.

In addition, you will work with other architectural domains to ensure key architectural decisions are agreed upon and incorporated into the overall enterprise architecture and support the establishment of an architectural roadmap, ensuring all business value is understood and transparent.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with the ELEVATE’s multi-functional / multi-national teams, includes Advisory Team, Assessment Team, Product Development, Analytics and I.T. teams to drive the planning and development of exceptional digital products that support our program effectiveness vision and enable responsible sourcing excellence for our multi-national clients. Responsibilities

• Assist strategy and business leaders in understanding, applying, capitalising on, and operationalising existing, new, and emerging technologies such as AI / Machine Learning to transform and optimise business and operating models.
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels to establish a comprehensive framework of principles, standards, processes, and documentation that supports and integrates enterprise architecture.
• Lead the development of blueprints and roadmaps to establish business and IT investment priorities that align with the strategic ambitions.
• Be a trusted partner with the stakeholders to bridge the gap between the IT and the business and translate business ideas into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of business experience with direct responsibility for strategy formulation and/or translation, business analysis/analytics, business architecture and/or program management.
• Or 10+ years solution architecture experience covering both business and technology architecture solutions, including IT products, services and capabilities.
• Skilled in creating strategic transformation plans and roadmaps covering Business, Data, and Technology.
• Knowledge and understanding of different types of business and operating models (existing, new, emerging and hybrid).
• Knowledge in all aspects of designing and constructing business capabilities, value streams, business processes, and organisational structures.
• Experienced in aligning and complimenting architectural practices and governance with agile delivery.
• Proficient in complex planning, with the ability to handle ambiguity and contribute to multiple streams of programs and initiatives.
• Experience facilitating, leading, or being a part of, multi-disciplined, high-performance teams.
• Well-informed about industry trends such as AI/Machine Learning technology/architecture.
