Position at Ashoka
Ashoka envisions a world in which everyone is a changemaker: a world where all citizens are powerful and contribute to change in positive ways. Ashoka identifies and supports the world's leading social entrepreneurs, learns from the patterns in their innovations, and mobilizes a global community that embraces these new frameworks to build an "everyone a changemaker world."
One such emerging framework: Economic Architecture, is dedicated to the premise that we can and should (re)design our markets to serve the public good. And when we do, we have the potential to tap into the drive, ambition, and ingenuity of market participants to solve the problems that are impacting people’s lives. Learn more about the Economic Architecture Project here.
The Economic Architecture Project at Ashoka is building strategic partnerships for the Valuing Homes in Black-Majority Neighborhoods initiative in an effort to support a new generation of structural innovations to address systemic racism in the housing market. The first stage of this new initiative is a mapping project of the most promising innovations across the United States with a collaborative Challenge for innovators with up to $1 million in prize funds.
