Role Description:
The Entrepreneurial Leader will be a core member of the team building the Economic Architecture initiative. The role requires an entrepreneur committed to innovating for the public good. The ideal candidate will have strong conceptual, organizational and writing skills, and experience developing and implementing strategies that meet project/program-related goals and objectives.
This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in building an initiative to address major market failures domestically and internationally.
Responsibilities:
General project management for large multi-team initiatives, developing clearly defined goals, objectives, and KPIs
Collaborate and align with team members on the implementation and delivery of key deliverables
Management of budgets, timelines, and reporting
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with 10-15 years of project management experience or master's degree with 8-10 years’ relevant experience
Demonstrated track record as an entrepreneur
Demonstrated experience managing diverse stakeholder groups
Experience collaborating across teams, working remotely, across different geographies
and cultures
Demonstrated ability to manage deliverables in a fast-paced, unstructured
environment
Strong problem solving, conceptual, and organizational skills
Strong intellectual curiosity, entrepreneurial spirit and demonstrated commitment to
social change, relevant knowledge in the area of economic justice is a plus
