About the role:
As Ecosulis continue to expand, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager with a background in Ecology and a genuine interest in the habitats and biodiversity sector to join our team.
Reporting to the Project Lead, you will manage the delivery of a diverse range of projects, including ecological mitigation, habitat creation and nature recovery work. Liaising with key stakeholders at commercial and senior level, you will be responsible for attending client meetings and be involved in pricing and tendering of new work.
You will also be responsible for day-to-day management of projects and must be competent & confident in managing all aspects including scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, resources, and commercials.
About you:
As a dedicated and committed professional within the Ecosulis team, you will have strong interpersonal skills to motivate and lead your team. You will also have the ability to be pragmatic with a problem-solving approach. Your deep understanding of UK and EU wildlife legislation and policy will be invaluable as you conduct high-quality ecological surveys, assessments, and reports. Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills are essential for this position.
You will also have a passion for the natural world and have the desire to make a difference.

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
Location: Home based – travel to site as and when required.
A Full UK driving licence and use of own vehicle is essential for the position.
