In this role you will be responsible for:
- Support billing activities related to field service transactions for our customer in Netherlands and Belgium region
- Solve customer complaints regarding our invoices
- Collaborate with multiple departments to solve any upcoming emergencies (Finance, Order Management, Cash collection and colleagues from Netherlands)
Your profile:
- Ongoing Bachelor or Master studies Bachelor's degree in any stream, or related discipline (Economics, Business Administration, Languages and literature, etc.)
- Ability to work min. 25 - 30 hours / week
- Strong command of English + Dutch – both spoken and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (mainly MS Excel and Outlook)
- Eager to learn personality with a strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, self-motivated, result oriented
- Team player attitude
- Detail oriented personality
