In this role you will be responsible for:
Support billing activities related to field service transactions for our customer in Netherlands and Belgium region
Solve customer complaints regarding our invoices
Collaborate with multiple departments to solve any upcoming emergencies (Finance, Order Management, Cash collection and colleagues from Netherlands)
Your profile:
Ongoing Bachelor or Master studies Bachelor's degree in any stream, or related discipline (Economics, Business Administration, Languages and literature, etc.)
Ability to work min. 25 - 30 hours / week
Strong command of English + Dutch – both spoken and written
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (mainly MS Excel and Outlook)
Eager to learn personality with a strong attention to detail
Strong communication skills, self-motivated, result oriented
