We are seeking our first Financial Planning & Analysis Director to support financial decision making and strategy. This role will report to the COO/CFO and will provide deep analysis in a data driven environment to maximize performance. The role offers the opportunity to obtain a ‘big picture’ view of the company’s performance while at the same time improving processes to drive forecasting/budgeting efficiency and accuracy.

Compensation at Verra
To help us attract and retain top talent, Verra pays employees competitively in the market. In return, we expect each employee to, at a minimum:
For this position, the salary range is between $90,906 - $122,755 USD. The compensation band is based on a U.S. base salary range and shares the min and max base salary for the position. This position is eligible for remote work.
The final compensation offered will be contingent upon role, level and location. Our Talent team can share the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
We will recognize employees who go beyond expected performance with salary increases and/or promotions, but the bar for earning those rewards is high.
Remote candidates will be considered. However, you must have work authorization in your location that does not require sponsorship from Verra Additionally, there are locations in which Verra is not able to support fully remote work.

Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
