Digital Solutions & Assurance Lead

Local Unit & Position Description

We are looking for a creative thinker with a passion for innovation to lead our digital assurance initiatives. Digital Solutions & Assurance Lead is responsible for the overall planning, prototyping, design, development, and execution of digital assurance projects. This position is also responsible to analyze the success of digital assurance projects, scale up and commoditize the solutions to a larger group of customers while collaborating with respective Business Heads and global functions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business Heads, Projects Managers and Key Account managers to collect and understand customer requirements with respect to digital transformation
• Identify opportunities and areas to digitally improve assurance services, create digital experience to the customers and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of DNV assurance services in the areas of supply chain and product assurance.
• Come out with new and unique ideas to improve the delivery of assurance services
• Identify suitable technologies and solutions including Industry 4.0 technologies, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Virtual reality, Embedded reality, Mixed Reality, Digital twins, Robotics, Blockchain, IoT, IIoT etc. based on needs and requirements of delivery teams and end customers
• Plan, organize, and manage such digital assurance / technologies projects from initiation to completion which includes define project scope, objectives, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery within established timelines and budgets
• Establish and implement quality assurance processes and methodologies for digital solutions
• Develop testing strategies, oversee test plans, and ensure compliance with quality standards. Perform quality assessments, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as necessary
• Collaborate with internal and external agencies to identify and select appropriate service providers in respective technological areas
• Stay updated with the latest digital trends and emerging technologies.
• Identify appropriate cybersecurity and privacy requirements and regulations for the solutions and apply these requirements including Privacy by Design, Security by Design, GDPR, PDPA etc. while designing, developing, testing, and commissioning of digital solutions
• Evaluate risks and potential impact on assurance services and identify opportunities for leveraging these technologies to enhance digital services and solutions and drive business growth.

Position Qualifications

• Bachelors /Master’s degree in Computer Science and engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Block chain, IoT, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Cloud computing or Machine Learning with a minimum 3 years of experience in leading digital transformation projects.
• Should be able to think out of box.
• Certifications like PMP, INSEAD, CDO, Professional accredited certifications in the areas of AI, ML, VR, IoT, IIoT, Blockchain etc. preferably in a lead role
• Strong leadership and team management abilities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
