Digital Project Manager

ROLE PURPOSE

As a project manager, you will coordinate activities between multiple projects across Digital Services. You will focus on the main digital services program, giving detailed attention to program strategy, project discovery, and implementation. You will also build a technical program and project structure and implement it into existing Digital Services projects and onboard new projects and programs to benefit and drive digital transformation throughout the organisation. This is a remote role based in UK, Germany or Switzerland.

Certification against the standard provides the confidence that these results are measured and verified, enabling credible impact reporting. The Gold Standard Foundation is looking to build our team with exceptional people who are excited and driven to shape and deliver this ambition and uphold our values.  We are now seeking a Digital Project Manager.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

1. Engaging key stakeholders on projects and digital programs
2. Develop and own communication plans to effectively and proactively communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders at an executive level.
3. Manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, and changes effectively by optimising scope, schedule, and resources accordingly.
4. Lead multiple teams to deliver change aligned with the program's strategic vision.
5. Monitor multiple work streams of cross-functional teams.
6. Drive internal and external process improvements across multiple teams and functions.
7. As an essential part of the PMO, you will drive the IT project management process and provide appropriate project & program governance.

YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE:

• Relevant third-level qualification
• Prince 2, CSM or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Technical program and project experience
• Vendor and Stakeholder Management
• Practical knowledge of reporting methods
• Ability to apply high quality standards to all tasks
• Proven implementation of project management methodology in professional setting
• Capability of working in an international/multi-cultural environment, rapid self-starting capability and experience in working in a team, understanding the needs, objectives and constraints of those in other disciplines and functions
• Leadership capability
• Excellent written and oral command of English.
