Our marketing and communications team plays a critical role in clearly articulating and conveying the information necessary for farmers and ranchers to triumph over the barriers and ultimately benefit all of society through their efforts. As digital marketing manager, you will lead and execute digital marketing strategies that support go-to-market initiatives to help Noble share the story of regenerative land stewardship with farmers, ranchers, potential donors, and society at large. The work you do can play a part in making a difference in a producer’s operation, their life and the society that depends on them.

You will:
Create, lead, and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategy ensuring marketing content resonates with target audience and moves customers from awareness to conversion. Conduct market research for industry trends, marketing tools, and emerging technologies and recommend innovative strategies to optimize campaign and content management.
Formulate strong relationships and encourage problem-solving, strategic thinking, and customer orientation amongst the team to foster skill development and professional growth. Provide a model of leadership by guiding cross-functional teams and driving collaboration for successful campaign execution.
Represent Noble’s mission and values and care for the land and its improvements by supporting and contributing to the objectives of your team and its contribution to the goal of the organization.
