About the Opportunity

Ethos Urban is seeking a new Digital Marketing & Content Coordinator to join our national Marketing Team and assist with positioning us as Australia’s leading provider of professional services in planning, economics, engagement, project advisory and management, social strategy and design.

This role will suit a dynamic and vibrant individual who can work across a wide range of marketing activities and channels, but will have a core focus on developing and executing the development of lead-generating content updates and enhancements across our digital platforms. As someone who thrives in a supportive environment, you will always be on the lookout for new opportunities to optimise the brand experience across our website, digital marketing channels, and events.

The opportunity is to join our national Marketing team, therefore is open to applicants based in either Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane. The ideal candidate is a roll-up your sleeves, initiative-taker, with experience working for a similar fast-paced professional services, B2B environment, with an ability to multi-task across projects at any given time, with strong experience in content and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the National Marketing & Communications Manager, this role will see you:

  • Responsible for the plan, build and distribution of content on our social media channels including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram (coming soon).
  • Assist the team with copywriting across a range of marketing channels (online and offline).
  • Appling best practices across email marketing campaigns and demonstrate an ability to create data driven campaigns.
  • Track and report on key digital metrics and campaign activity to ensure return on investment.
  • Ownership of producing content on our website (project, news, and insights), updating and maintaining content where needed.
  • Working with the inhouse graphic design team to prepare, design, and distribute regular communications across our digital marketing channels.
  • Maintain marketing collateral for tender submissions and business development.
  • Responsible for the coordination of all industry and client events (in-house and offsite).
  • Provide creative input and make recommendations on how we can best use content to tell our brand story and improve engagement across channels
  • Ensure consistent application of the brand across all marketing touch points.

Who We Are Looking For

The successful candidate should have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing and/or communications (essential).
  • 2-4 years’ experience in a marketing communications role within a similar B2B working environment (desirable)
  • Demonstrate a genuine interest, creativity, and skill set for content development.
  • Creative communication and copy-writing skill.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (desired), Buffer (or other social media scheduling tool), and MailChimp
  • Skills using digital marketing platforms (WordPress, Instagram, Google, Twitter, LinkedIn etc.).
  • Experience with video content creation (highly desirable)
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a a high-performance team environment.
  • Understanding of or experience in the property and/or development industry (highly regarded).
