Principal Purpose and Function of Position:

The job holder is responsible for supporting the Head of Individual & Supporter Care to develop and implement fundraising campaigns (mainly online channels) and explore new fundraising digital fundraising opportunities with the aim to increase and retain supporters of the organization.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Initiate and manage the online fundraising programmes that optimize the overall fundraising income as well as maximize the organization’s outreach to the public. Follow through the projects to ensure their smooth operation on different aspects such as marketing and communication, logistics, manpower arrangements and cost control.
• Drive the acquisition of new donors from digital channels and ATL by implementing new campaign ideas and initiating new campaigns with relevant internal teams and external vendors.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of online fundraising channels or media, negotiate with different service providers and monitor their performances as required.
• Suggest new fundraising ideas and help develop, test and pilot new fundraising programmes which support WWF’s mission, such as making use of social media and online giving platforms to identify, acquire and cultivate supporters so as to increase the fundraising income.
• Develop email marketing campaigns, include planning the email journey, suggesting the segmentation of data and the schedule for approaching different target segments.
• Build the affiliate marketing networks for the organization.
• Research and follow developments in digital technology, assess the
  opportunities for WWF fundraising.
• Prepare reports on project updates, financial information, program analysis and evaluation; assist in preparing the annual financial budget and monthly forecasts.
• Carry out any other duties that are assigned to you.

Required Functional Skills:

• Degree holder in related disciplines (e.g. marketing or communication).

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in fundraising and digital marketing.

• Substantial experiences in B2C customer acquisition and retention using both traditional and / or digital marketing channels.

• Strong data mining skills and good experiences in web analytic and programmatic tools.

• Knowledge and experience of using fundraising database (ideally Raiser Edge) is a plus.

• Knowledge in Web3.0 and eCommerce will be advantage.

• With experience and exposure in affiliate marketing.

• An ability to conceptualize, drive and test new marketing ideas.

• Experience in digital agency is a PLUS.

• Good command of both written and spoken English.

• Good teamwork and able to communicate with different kind of people.
