We are looking to hire a customer-oriented Digital Service market development manager to win and retain satisfied customer for our myPlant All-In-One Energy Management Solution in Germany.
As a digital commercial representative’s your purpose is to sale new digital energy solutions, be responsible for market introductions and to be partner to the customer, understanding their needs and to close opportunities for our digital Service solutions.
To be successful as a -sales representative, you need to have a strong digital focus, be target-driven, adapt a problem-solving perspective towards the customer and to develop a relationship that goes beyond closing a deal.
Ultimately, a top-performing sales representative should be able to communicate effectively with our diverse set of customers from municipal power plants to biogas operators in Germany.
Essential responsibilities:
- Identifying potential customers and transform leads into sales through effective sales strategies.
- Win and retain satisfied customers by being a business partner that cares about their business and challenges.
- Represent our vision of the energy transition in every call, every event and any interaction with customers and partners.
- Manage your sales opportunities, your pipeline in an agile and self-organized matter.
- Preparing regular sales reports as well as sales territory plans.
- Researching competitors’ products, pricing, and product success to determine market dynamics.
- Overachieve your sales targets to our All-in-One Energy Management Solution
Qualifications / Requirements:
- At least 5 years of sales experience in new business models, digital or hybrid solutions,
- Competence in complex and solution-oriented sales methods,
- Experience in the energy industry and/or in energy optimization
- Be on par with the customer and can talk about KWK to rated power
- Enthusiastic about articulating technical and business value
- High self-motivation to drive the sales cycle to exceed sales goals on a monthly basis
- Master-s Degree in Business Administration or similar
- Fluent in German and English (oral and written)
- Sound sales experience
