We are looking for a Development Team Lead to join us on a permanent full-time basis, based in Melbourne (with hybrid flexible model).
This role reports directly to the Manager, Software Design and Development, and is responsible for the design, development, testing, maintenance, and optimisation of a number of Infoxchange’s client facing applications and the platform services that supports many of Infoxchange’s technology solutions.

About the role
In this role, you will collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders to support product enhancement and maintenance and reliable product delivery schedules. You will manage and prioritise the work in your team to best deliver on assigned project deliverables and initiatives. You will also provide input into, and review application architecture and design decisions as required. It is expected that you will self-manage the ratio of non-technical and technical work based on priorities.
As a Team Lead, a focus of your role will be to provide both team and technical leadership. You will support and empower your team members to deliver to the best of their capabilities using techniques ranging from one-on-one discussions, regular performance feedback, career development and guidance, coaching and mentoring.
