Design & Video Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Design & Video Coordinator is responsible for designing visuals and videos to be used across platforms - including campaign emails and social media channels, as well as managing other branding and creative projects.
This position reports to the Senior Manager of Design.
This is a full-time, remote contract for a fixed one-year term, with flexible working hours.
A fair and competitive salary will be offered, negotiable depending on the candidateās specific location and experience.
Responsibilities:
Conceptualizing and producing videos for our campaigns, including editing footage, audio, and developing animations.
Conceptualizing and designing graphic materials for the promotion and elevation of our campaign work, including but not limited to email, social media, website elements, and print materials;
Ensuring that creative deliverables are well executed and on schedule;
Maintaining consistency of the All Out brand across platforms and materials;
Working with external designers, illustrators, videographers and photographers, as needed;
Working collaboratively with campaigners, the social media team, and the tech team, proactively proposing ways to elevate our creativity with our campaigning work.
Essential skills and experience:
Solid expertise using Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator);
A portfolio of work demonstrating at least 2 years of experience creating and editing videos across different platforms (Youtube, Instagram, facebook, TikTok);
A commitment to strengthening the voice of LGBT+ people as a path toward progressive change;
Fluency in verbal and written English;
Meticulous attention to detail, while working in a fast-paced environment;
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently;
A collaborative, flexible and open-minded working style;
An entrepreneurial, self-motivated, organised and deadline driven attitude;
Cultural sensitivity and the ability to work effectively with a diverse set of people of different nationalities and cultural backgrounds;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
Great sense of humour!
Desirable skills:
Additional language skills (particularly French, German, Italian, Portuguese or Spanish);
Cinema 4D or any other similar 3D software;
Experience working in a dispersed international team;
Experience in online campaigning or digital strategy;
Experience in LGBT+ activism, either in a professional or volunteer capacity;
