What will I be doing?

Design and oversee a data-driven framework to assess, measure, and analyze the impact of the Board’s decisions and policy recommendation on the social media ecosystem. Review and identify compliance issues that require additional scrutiny, and collaborate with Content team to identify effective solutions and prepare detailed recommendation to the Oversight Board.

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Political Sciences, International Security, or a closely related field and two (2) years of relevant experience overseeing implementation of trust & safety and content moderation policies or similar. Will accept suitable combination of education, training, or experience.

Must have demonstrated experience with research in international security, content moderation, and freedom of expression, and publication addressing online platform policy; conduct data analysis by utilizing R, Python, or SQL coding skills
