Social Solutions seeks a Deputy Chief of Party (DCOP) for the anticipated USAID Private Sector Engagement Modernization Institutional Support Contract (PSEMC).
The DCOP/Recruitment Lead will be responsible for leading the strategic recruitment efforts of the Activity’s talent acquisition efforts, including – but not limited to – retention, and establishing strategies. The DCOP will implement strategies to develop a pipeline of qualified candidates in advance of need using a variety of approaches, including research on job boards and other recruitment platforms. The DCOP is expected to participate in projects that enhance the recruitment and staffing experience, and work with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand unique talent needs. Leverage recruiting data to proactively provide status updates and hiring results to leadership and HR partners, source qualified candidates, leverage search engines, career sites, recruiting events, and other innovative sourcing techniques to identify qualified candidates, utilizing innovative techniques to attract and recruit diverse talent.
