Database Manager - Fixed Term (12 months)

Bring your existing skills and knowledge of database management to our organisation, as we work on some of the most critical issues of our time. Help us achieve our vision by improving our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and quality reporting, to enable us to make data informed decisions that amplify the success of our fundraising, advocacy and mobilisation work.
The role:
Ensure accuracy and integrity of the database and supporter information is maintained.
Continual review and assessment of database and integrations, with a proactive approach to development and improvement of database performance.
Manage the data administrator’s day to day workload and tasks, ensuring all work is undertaken to deadline and with high degree of accuracy.
Effectively manage regular data imports and exports from both in house Telefundraising team and external suppliers, such as Face to Face Fundraising and Telefundraising, including batch imports of donation information.
Support the Individual Giving and Advocacy and Mobilisation teams to deliver cohesive and consistent donor and supporter journeys to maximise supporter engagement and OAo campaign impact.
About you:
Minimum of 3 years database management, ideally with MS Dynamics CRM or similar.
Best practice in database administration systems and processes.
Computer literate with strong skills in MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Power Automate and familiarity with programme languages such as XML, JavaScript, DAX, M or ETL frameworks.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to interpret data and communicate findings with conciseness and clarity.
Ability to prioritise competing tasks and ensure deadlines are met to an expected standard.
Proven experience improving systems and processes.
Collaborative style of working with cross functional teams.
Strong analytical skills
