Role Purpose

LRQA is seeking a Data Visualization Analyst with a passion for sustainability and responsible sourcing, along with strong technical and communication skills. This role will support the development of global worker survey data collection to deliver meaningful supply chain insights that inform program effectiveness and ESG impact for our multi-national clients. Key Responsibilities:

Your day-to-day responsibilities will focus on supporting the operations and management of our innovative global worker voice data, including:

• Develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize worker survey data, including supply chain trends, sustainability insights, and labor risk analytics.

• Leverage advanced Power BI features, such as custom visuals, DAX calculations, and data modeling, to deliver actionable insights.

• Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify trends, risk areas, and opportunities across key industries, geographies, and markets.

• Generate blended analyses that integrate audit, self-assessment, and other supplier data to support business analytics and program design.

• Present data insights and visualizations to clients and stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations for responsible sourcing decisions.

• Develop tools and integrations with survey platforms to streamline data collection and analysis workflows.

• Contribute to the ideation, design, and evolution of existing and new survey products or services.

• Support the company’s data-driven culture by aligning business strategies with data and communicating results to business units.

The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following:

Candidates are required to have excellent analytical and BI development skills. Ideal candidates will have demonstrated experience performing comprehensive data analyses independently and proactively.

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., data science, statistics, business, marketing, computer science).
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, data visualization, and business intelligence reporting.
• Proficient in Power BI and advanced Excel; familiarity with Power Platform and Python is a plus.
• Experience working with complex datasets, SQL, JSON, and data warehouses.
• Strong data analysis and presentation skills, with the ability to translate insights for diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent written and spoken communication abilities.
• Passion for using data to drive positive social and environmental outcomes.
• Preferred experience in supply chain, CSR, or ESG.
