Data & Process Mining Expert

With the growing amounts of data available, the Data & Process Mining Expert provides insights and support through analyses in solving business process issues. These analyses will be done in our Process Mining application Celonis, in which the actual processes are calculated and visualized. The Data & Process Mining Expert is a data driven expert who accurately analyzes and monitors real processes, extracting data from event logs to spot inefficiencies, deviation, and bottlenecks. The role is embedded in our local Field Service teams and is supporting the company’s digital transformation.

Your Responsibilities:**

• Identify process gaps and data quality issues impacting the quality of analyses and provide and/or support the development of solutions
• Execute, supervise and support advanced analyses that support data-driven decision-making and process automation
• Conceptualize, design, and implement reports to drive measures supporting the Service strategy
• Partner with stakeholders in different regions to design and develop reports and ensure that they perform as expected
• Identify trends from sources of raw data to increase the efficiency of the Service organization
• Participate in the development of metrics and data quality rules, including dashboards, KPIs, and other measurements of success for business stakeholders, allowing them to drill into key aggregated values
• Think logically toward problem solving with keen insights for business solutions and the analytical steps required to execute them through dashboards and reports

Your Profile:

• University degree in business & administration, data science, computer science, information management, statistics, mathematics, or related fields
• Experience with process optimization issues, data analysis and affinity to work with process mining/analytics methodology (e.g., Celonis)
• Experience with programming languages ​​such as SQL and Python
• Good problem solving-skills with the ability to break challenges into segments, determine root causes of anomalies and derive pragmatic solutions
• Proactive communications skills, including the ability to communicate concepts clearly to stakeholders
• Data-driven mindset and passionate about processes and technology
• English is must (German knowledge is a plus)
