The Forward Trust Personal Wellbeing Services deliver a range of interventions within Probation services across Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Norfolk, Surrey, Sussex, Lincolnshire, Kent and Cheshire. Delivering a range of services under the following categories: Family & Significant Others, Lifestyle and Associates, Emotional Wellbeing and Social Inclusion as a fully integrated, holistic, single service. Supporting the wide range of needs that Service Users experience in relations to relationships and interactions with family, friends and others. Supporting clients to engage in a variety of activities to enhance their Well-Being. We will be providing a flexible, responsive service, delivering a holistic and cohesive set of interventions that are easily accessible to this client group.

The Administrator is responsible for providing a comprehensive business administration service to support the Personal Well Being Services. The service is designed to deliver services in the following categories, Family and Significant others, Lifestyle and Associates, Emotional wellbeing and Social Inclusion. Services are for ex-offenders coming out of prison or on community orders directly referred by Probation.
Main duties will include:
Electric Vehicle Scheme – Allowing staff to achieve savings on vehicle leasing through salary sacrifice/tax efficiency.
Bike Scheme – Allowing staff to achieve savings on bicycle purchase and accessories through salary sacrifice/tax efficiency.
Season Ticket Loans – Interest free loans to purchase travel tickets.
Simply Health – Subsidised health insurance package, that offers:
Critical Illness Scheme – This provides one off payments for long-term sickness absence when sick pay reduces to half or SSP only.
Enhanced Sick Pay policy – Our policy is generous above government requirement and reduces the need for employees to lose money due to sickness leave.
Flexible Working Arrangements– We have many staff with formal and informal flexible working arrangements in place, this allows people to manage life responsibilities like caring for a child or close relative and minimise childcare costs.
Crisis Loans - We will offer an interest free crisis loan scheme. Employees experiencing short term difficulties can apply to HR for a short term loan set against future salary payments, rather than being forced to pay high interest rates.
Loans would only be approved where:
Blue Light Card - This consumer discount card provides access to more than 15,000 discounts from large national retailers to local businesses across categories such as holidays, cars, days out, fashion, gifts, insurance, phones, and many more. This includes eligibility for Costco Wholesale Individual, allowing people for a small fee to become members access to wholesale prices.
This benefit was designed to be limited to employees of the emergency services, but the HR team have negotiated the right for FT employees to be considered eligible. We would provide a letter to any applicant to support their membership, but they will be responsible for paying the nominal membership fees themselves, so no direct financial cost to FT
