We’re a technology consulting firm, operating as a social enterprise, that employs adults on the autism spectrum. Our mission is to improve the employment prospects for autistic adults by placing them as consultants delivering high quality services to our clients. Our clients recognise the value of neurodiversity and partner with us to build an inclusive work environment where everyone can be successful. With the support of our job and technical coaches, our consultants build confidence, improve on, and learn new technical skills and are provided with ongoing professional development.

We are expanding our cybersecurity practice in Edinburgh and are looking to increase the size of our team.

Please apply if you have had training or education in the cybersecurity arena, or especially if you have relevant certifications from bodies such as CompTIA or CISSP.

Proficiency in Python would be advantageous, as would be experience in the use of relational databases coupled with the ability to process large data sets accurately.

Some previous use of a major cloud service (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) would also be nice to have.

All of our consultants are autistic so we know how to provide a friendly and productive work environment for all our staff. We’re aware that commuting and working in certain office environments can sometimes be stressful so we support flexible working arrangements where we are able to. Once the exceptional circumstances arising from the pandemic are relaxed, however, some consultants may be required to work at client premises from time to time and in line with client requirements.
