Responsibilities

Ensure that  customers’ orders are processed properly by being the SPOC on daily operations with customers, organize transport and check up on invoices.

• Acquire Customer knowledge - be the SPOC for your customers - rightly communicate with them
• Order to Cash management : responsible from A to Z
  • Order processing and follow-up
  • Customer Allocation
  • Invoicing - Liaise with Credit dept
• Logistics : organise transport with 3PL - liaise with Warehouse - order follow-up
• Contribute to claims processing

Education/Qualifications

• Bachelor or equivalent through experience

Experience

• Customer Service management
• Import & Export knowledge

Knowledge & Skills

• All logistics experience is a plus
• SAP
• MS Office
• Google apps

Language Requirements

English: written/verbal and any other language (German, French, Dutch, etc.)
