Farm Fresh To You (family-owned and -operated since 1992) is California’s leading CSA (Community Supported Agriculture service, where consumer purchase their produce directly from the farmers who grow it). We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to help us enrich communities throughout the state. Our mission is to empower a more transparent food system – one that supports local farming, encourages the benefits of farm to table living, and helps to ensure nutrition, sustainability, and economic stability throughout our region.
THE POSITION:
The Customer Service Representative is the first point of contact for most of our customers and we strive to provide an excellent customer service experience. You’ll work with our customers on the phone and in writing to make sure they have a great experience, all through a service that celebrates convenience, customization and great-tasting foods. This is an entry-level position with room for growth, both within both the department and the company.
This position is a full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:30-5:00 position located in our West Sacramento Office. We are essential workers, and this is an in-office position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Communicate with customers by multiple interaction channels including but not limited to inbound and outbound phone, email, and live chat.
Receive and process orders to initiate, discontinue, reactivate, or change service.
Research and document complaints concerning delivery, quality, billing, or service rendered, and refer complaints of service failures to designated departments.
Perform tasks associated with billing, invoicing, check processing, and chargebacks.
Respond to all customer contacts within specified time frames and in an efficient and accurate manner.
Fill out forms, determine charges for service requested, collect payment information, prepare change of address records, and inactivate accounts.
Provides excellent customer service while adhering to defined standards.
Other duties as assigned.
The ability to work effectively with others and regular, predictable attendance are required.
