SWCA Environmental Consultants is seeking a Summer Intern to support our Cultural Resources Program based in Honolulu, Hawai'i. This internship will occur during the summer 2023 (June 5th to mid-August). Candidates who can start earlier than June 2023 will be considered and those who can remain past August may provide additional value. In addition to project work, the internship program includes regularly scheduled presentations by SWCA leaders.
This is a paid, full-time internship, with a rate of pay of $17.85/hr.

This summer’s Hawai‘i Cultural Resources Program intern will primarily be assisting our Project Anthropologist in undertaking ethnohistoric research and conducting community consultation and oral history interviews. The types of projects they will be working on will included:
