LRQA has developed EiQ to create predictive models to assess risks of unauthorized subcontracting, human trafficking, labor unrest, and other key risk issues. LRQA has also developed the first KPI-based monthly monitoring program to show the links between business performance issues and social non-compliance. When a supplier needs more guidance our Capacity Building experts design holistic and custom improvement plans to create long-term solutions.

Qualifications
4-year college degree in a major of Law, HR, Occupational Health and Safety or Environment /Advanced degree is preferred
Minimum two (2) years of experience in social compliance auditing
Minimum 100 social compliance audit days (verifiable)
APSCA registered required
CSCA certification required
Ability to travel 80% of the time
Strong business acumen
Excellent Customer Service and results oriented
Effective problem solving and negotiation skills
Excellent verbal and written English and Spanish
High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet-research /reporting/analysis tools
Maintains a global perspective and is culturally sensitive and aware
Highest level of personal and professional integrity and ethics.
Comfortable with confrontation, with a diplomatic and easy demeanor
Ability to operate in a multi-cultural environment with persons of varying socio-economic status
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
SA8000 Auditor Certification, RBA, BSCI Certification or equivalent is a plus
Knowledge of international and local labor standards and human rights issues are preferred
