Key Accountabilities/ Execution:

Participate in improvement projects within the Service Contract Management area
Data validation using different systems and platforms
Report creation to support the team's daily work (Microsoft Excel usage)
Maintain the Service Contract models up-to-date in the relevant tool to ensure financial backlog reporting, operational forecasting and risk portfolio management
Data collection for possible audits
Report creation with tableau / SQL - not necessarily but it's an advantage

Qualifications/Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Power Point, Access) and MS Outlook
Fluent English and Hungarian is a must
Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, and ability to handle multiple priorities
Ability to work independently, work out and apply new ways of resolution
Team player attitude
Self-starter, capable of working with minimum supervision
Deadline oriented, strong attention to detail is a must
