Local Unit & Position Description
We are looking for CRM Salesforce developer to:
- Provide deployment & development support (3rd line)
- Manage the deployment pipeline
- Prepare the deployment plan for upcoming release.
- Create and update documentation
- Collaborate on development activities with all support hubs worldwide
- Participate in unit testing
- Participate in problem and change managementof application
- Contribute to enhancingthe applications and users’ application knowledge
- Cooperate with software development partners
- Participate in code review process.
Position Qualifications
Successful candidates should have a good understanding of the IT technical aspects as well as interest in the support of business processes. We are looking for a person with knowledge and preferably experience in several of the following areas:
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CPQ capabilities, best practices and limitations and the ability to clearly communicate those to key stakeholders.
- Manage individual CPQ-focused tracks within Business Applications transformation .
- Become an expert on best practices and how the client implements business systems including creating workflows, reports, and dashboards .
- Serve as an expert in CPQ configuration and guide team members in configuration decisions.
- Deliver recommendations for business process improvements and implement recommendations
- Best practices knowledge on APEX, VF & Lightning (UI customization and integration eg apex handlers, lightning web components) along with performance considerations. (Mandatory)
- Proven experience in working with a larger organization and teams with several developers
- Understanding all aspects of configuration
- Familiarity with both standard Salesforce functionality & custom data model + functionality specific to the X-BA org.
- Preferably Salesforce Certification Platform Developer 1.
- Good to have knowledge on CI/CD pipeline
- Should have good knwoeldge in version control (GIT)
- Good to have knowledge on Azure Dev ops
