Opportunities available:
This role will work across CreditNature and Ecosulis and assist with the development of our pipeline of nature investment projects. It will appeal to those aspiring to a career in practical rewilding and nature-led enterprises. Particularly, it is well suited to those who have developed good communication, analytical and ecological land management skills during their degree courses and placements. During this internship you will develop skills in cutting-edge rewilding techniques and learn how to specify and cost these for investment.
This role will assist in the development, build and testing of our data engine that underpins our nature impact token. It will appeal to those wanting to develop a career at the intersection of technology, rewilding and finance and who have taken to the data science and/or quantitative research components of their degree. It will appeal to those who enjoy problem-solving and innovation. During this internship you will apply and rapidly develop your skills in data science and engineering, including working in a cloud environment to build data pipelines, create data capture tools, visualise data, and develop code and functions for ecological metrics. You will also have the opportunity to seek out new and novel ways to apply data science and engineering to the data engine, for example application of large language models.
This role will support the development of our ecological land management rating tool. It will appeal to those with an aptitude for taxonomy, data structuring and interests in rewilding and regenerative land system policy. During this internship you will play an integral role in developing our rating system that enables us to translate action on the ground to forecasts of ecosystem recovery. To excel in this role, you will be able to consider fine details within bigger picture thinking about nature restoration and have a passion for engaging with a wide range of scientific literature. During this internship you will get first-hand experience working at the intersection between landowners and rewilding analysts as they work together to plan rewilding projects in the UK and further afield.
This role will help us communicate our vision and scientific and technical solutions to a variety of audiences. As a Nature Finance Communicator, you will work with our team to develop and implement communication strategies that reach a wide range of people. The role will appeal to those with an aptitude for storytelling, science communication and getting the most out of social media and other communication platforms. During this internship you will also have the opportunity to work with our team to develop new ways of communicating about nature finance and advances in ecosystem science and technology. This will involve using new technologies, visualisation techniques, or other innovative approaches.

First round of interviews as well as final interviews (which will involve a half day at our Harwell office in Oxfordshire) will be held in June.
