Job Title: Creative Coordinator
Reports To: Director of Marketing and Communications
Location: Bentonville, AR (Hybrid schedule)
Status: Full-Time, Exempt
Position Summary: The Creative Coordinator is responsible for the creation and production of professional marketing materials for both print and digital media. The Creative Coordinator will serve as the organization’s primary graphic designer, creating consistent branding and compelling design across all platforms that will increase donor engagement and enhance brand perception. The role will serve as the primary contact person for print and mail third party contacts, overseeing production, review, and execution of related projects.
Responsibilities & Duties Overview:
Develop exceptional graphics and design content for all types of marketing and fundraising projects
Ensure the timely delivery of collateral to the appropriate stakeholders
Carry forward the design aspects of Water for Good’s brand into the production of print and digital assets, presentations, videos, swag, and web pages.
Serve as the primary point of contact for photo collection, organization, and selection for design projects
Support the planning and execution of all Water for Good campaigns with creative design concepts
Design and execute direct mail solicitation campaigns to diverse and segmented audiences
Serve as the primary point of contact for printing and mailing third party contractors, overseeing projects from conception to execution
Contribute to the creative process with strong conceptual ideas and design solutions, including utilizing AI or other relevant tools
Be a champion of the Water for Good brand, uphold brand identity, and help ideate fresh ways to express the brand

Work Experience & Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
Passion for Water for Good’s mission of transforming lives through sustainable access to safe water, improved sanitation, and hygiene in places that need it most
At least 3 years of graphic design experience
Strong attention to detail with an ability to meet deadlines
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Legally eligible to work in the United States; no sponsorship will be provided
Preferred Qualifications:
A prolific portfolio demonstrating ability and variety in graphic design
Experience using Water for Good’s marketing technology platforms: Asana, SharePoint, Adobe, and others.
Experience working with third party contractors to execute print and mail projects
Physical Qualifications:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times
