Corporate Training Manager - 1 year Contract

Job Summary:
Reporting to the Director of Learning & Development, the Organizational Development Training Manager is responsible for the creation and delivery of training and development programs for Li-Cycle employees working in our offices. The Organizational Development Training Manager will oversee and deliver leadership and managerial training, develop learning paths for career development and succession planning, and work with leaders within the organization to identify other needs and develop training solutions. They will also work closely within the broader HR team, as well as the leadership team, on our performance management processes as well as our culture and employee engagement initiatives. This position will require occasional travel.
