SWCA Environmental Consultants is hiring a
SWCA seeks five to seven Corporate Support Interns for Summer 2023, reporting to our firm’s Finance, Human Resources, Client Service, Visual Resources, ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance), Safety, and Technology teams. These positions will support SWCA’s mission to deliver “sound science and creative solutions” to our valued clients and partners.
This internship will occur during the summer of 2023 (June 5th-mid August). Candidates who can start earlier than June 2023 will be considered, and those who can remain past August may provide additional value. Interns can expect coaching and direction from functional leadership in their respective support areas and participate in the larger internship cohort for scheduled developmental programming with senior organizational leaders.
This is a paid, full-time internship. Interns will be paid between $17.00/hour and $20.40/hour dependent solely on office location.

Corporate Support Interns will support SWCA’s scientists by providing outstanding collaboration on behalf of the firm’s Finance and Accounting, Client Services, Human Resources (four individuals – talent acquisition, talent development, people support, total rewards), Visual Resources, ESG, or Technology (i.e., the solution development team) departments. Corporate Support Interns can be located anywhere in the United States (for accounting, being located near Phoenix, AZ is helpful but not required), and will be given specific areas of focus as they support SWCA’s mission.
