Position Summary: Up With Women/Exponenti’elles is piloting the Pipeline to Work project, connecting clients in our coaching program to job opportunities with corporate partners committed to hiring and supporting women overcoming barriers from past homelessness, trauma, or violence.

Expected hiring salary range: $45,000 - $67,000

You are passionate about social impact and have a solid understanding of the sector landscape, that will help you source new partnership opportunities but also establish and nurture ongoing ones.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Reporting to the Director, Partnerships and Engagement, the Corporate Engagement Specialist will set up and manage the internal systems and partnership relationships necessary to facilitate job matching between clients and corporate partners in the Toronto area. This includes liaising with HR teams within existing corporate partner relationships to identify suitable job opportunities available to our clients, collaborating with internal teams to connect clients with these opportunities, and supporting clients throughout the job search process. The Corporate Engagement Specialist will also play a vital role in assessing project effectiveness, overseeing the development of job application tools, tracking impact results of the project, and contribute to supporting the growth of the larger Corporate Partnerships portfolio.
