Our Corporate and Foundation Relations Manager is responsible for:
Achieving annual fundraising goals for Youth Guidance Boston programs. This is an exciting new role that will drive continued growth in local grant maker support for Youth Guidance’s nationally known school-based social emotional learning programming for the region. The incumbent in this role will manage the identification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of foundation and corporate donors.

Fundraising expertise, support, leadership, and guidance to build relationships with donors and other stakeholders.
Essential Duties/ Responsibilities:
Fundraising & Sustainability
Undertake a strategic approach to aligning Youth Guidance’s key programs and initiatives to funding opportunities,
Complete ongoing prospect research (e.g. online, databases, clearinghouses, etc.) of current and prospective corporate, foundation and individual donors to identify viable local funding opportunities.
Complete all stages of funding proposal development including outreach to grant-makers, and development of letters of inquiry, online applications, formal proposals and grant reports.
Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly revenue, as well as donor renewal and acquisition, utilizing Raisers’ Edge for constituent relationship management.
