World Wildlife Fund (WWF), one of the world’s leading conservation organizations, seeks a Coordinator, Integrity & Risk.
Major Function
The Integrity & Risk team is a new and growing team at WWF that supports and promotes a culture of integrity, risk mitigation, and accountability. The coordinator provides strategic and administrative support to the team by helping to lead well-organized projects, creating and maintaining confidential materials, and managing finances.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Must have at least two years of experience in program or other relevant experience.
Interest in risk management and organizational culture is a plus.
Must be able to handle confidential and sensitive information.
Demonstrated experience using the full Microsoft Office Suite to create documents, reports, presentations, and logs.
Ability to remain focused and move tasks forward while adapting to new systems and processes in a frequently changing and fast-paced environment.
Impeccable organization and analytical skills to maintain files and accurately budget expense is key for this role
Strong communications and interpersonal skills required across written and verbal mediums as one of the front-facing positions in the office. Tasks include courteously interfacing with all manner of internal and external groups and individuals, callers, and visitors; proofreading documents; preparing correspondence; preparing presentations; providing quality assurance.
Demonstrated project management and strategic thinking desired to ensure priorities are achieved.
Ability to take initiative, prioritize, and successfully complete work and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
