Brief Description/Job Summary (this section is to be used for postings on social media outlets):
The Role: The Customer Service Specialist will execute on the tasks related to the coordination and oversight of Technical order projects to ensure timely and effective project development and delivery. This position is accountable for activities, which include, but are not limited to: order entry, purchase order entry and bill of material creation, order management.
Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities:

- Coordinate program or project planning and implementation, including assessing needs, setting goals and objectives.
- Lead and project manage site projects and ensure that they are successfully executed
- Establish project work plan and calendar or schedules; monitors, reviews, and evaluate progress.
- Coordinate and attend meetings; establish and maintain internal and external contacts as necessary.
- Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team
- Communicate with internal departments to monitor and manage the completion of tasks/deliverables
- Monitor record keeping and file maintenance for the program or project.
- Serves as liaison for department; coordinates activities and exchanges
Minimum Qualifications: Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities, License/Certification:

- Associates Degree plus 2 years manufacturing/business experience or HS diploma/GED required plus 6 years manufacturing experience
- Ability to communicate ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude
- Passionate about service and support-seeks to achieve extraordinary results as part of a high energy team
- Demonstrate basic problem solving abilities, coupled with a desire to take in responsibility
- Confident self-starter with ability to prioritize and manage yourself to get things done with minimal oversight
- College diploma or degree preferably in engineering or equivalent work experience. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in an HVAC environment (knowledge of typical products is essential)
- Previous order entry (Customer Service) experience would be an asset. A detail oriented individual, able to maintain up-to-date literature, Bill of Materials, purchase orders and parts lists.
Preferred Qualifications:

- Knowledge of project planning methodologies such as critical path planning
- Good computer skills, including but not limited to: MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Access. Working knowledge of BPSC and eLogia.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to demonstrate courtesy and tact when dealing with coworkers.
