The Financial Controller (m/f/d) is responsible for cost controlling, monitoring and further development of financial KPIs related to INNIO Jenbacher’s spare parts business including demand and supply planning, order management, warehousing & transport. In addition this role owns the whole invoice administration process including checking budget assignment, payment terms and booking of credit notes. The role is located in our Services department.

Essential Responsibilities:**
- Create and own full transparency on costs to ensure appropriate business decisions
- Monitor & further development of financial KPIs related to INNIO Jenbacher’s global spare parts business and provide adequate reports regularly
- Own the financial budgeting process for the spare parts business
- Invoice administration related to distribution & logistics operations including booking of invoices to the correct budget, ensuring that invoice values are paid in accordance with contract terms and prices, control booking of credit notes
- Own financial cycle count process and initiate stock adjustments (warehouse found, losses, scrap, inventory transfers)
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics, Finance, Accounting or similar
- Profound financial knowledge of financial controlling (cost controlling/ logistics)
- Strategic thinking and hands-on operational approach
- Strong reliability, stress resistant & ability to travel when needed (less than 5% per year)
- Team player, highly reliable and a high say-do ratio with an open mind-set for a dynamic organization
- Excellent communication, presentation and IT skills (MS-Office, ERP etc.)
- Fluent in German and English (written and oral)
The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 3.310,48 gross per month (x 14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
