The Job
The controllers are responsible for the timely, accurate and complete Tiko consolidation. The controller sets up and executes a number of reports and checks and balances to monitor the accuracy and completeness of the local books of accounts. In addition to this, the controller manages the day-to-day work of the team assigned to them. Responsibilities:
About You
You lead, develop and mentor the individuals in your team. You have a strong background in finance and relevant experience in a similar position. You're looking to apply your skills to a fast-paced environment where you'll be responsible for the full finance process.
Requirements
5+ years in a controller role - NGO/NPO experience is advantageous
Fluent in Dutch (level C2) required
Bachelor in finance/business administration
Experience managing a team
Strong experience working remotely with international teams and different currencies
Good knowledge of accounting standards, internal control framework, and cost control methods
Excellent knowledge of risk and compliance
You are good with numbers and keen on details
You have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage deadlines.
The Rewards
At Tiko we believe in being open, also when it comes to salaries. The monthly salary bracket for this position is €3,930 - €5,895 gross in the Netherlands. We will offer you a salary in this bracket depending on your level of experience and how it relates to your future colleagues.
