The Contract Management Expert is responsible for analysing and reviewing INNIO’s MSA (Material Stream Agreement) contract landscape to create a detailed understanding regarding contractual obligations, risks, and opportunities to prevent potential disputes and financials risks.

In this position you will be responsible for:
- Review the MSA contract landscape and specific MSA contracts and analyse data needs to create automatic execution and control
- Maintain & enhance internal & external reporting solutions and continuously work on automated reporting and build in process efficiencies to minimize manual reporting
- Utilizing various reporting platforms, manage relevant data, create graphical and visual interpretations of the data, and turn them into automated reports and dashboards reflecting (but not limited to) key performance indicators
- Advise on innovative and cost-effective ways to comply with contractual obligations and to identify financial opportunities for extra revenue
- Document related processes and maintain related data and files. Roll-out new processes, including training to users, IT documentation and handover to process owners.
- Work cross-functionally with Regional Services teams, and colleagues e.g. from Order Management, central Pricing, Planning and Forecasting, Service Engineering, Billing and Finance to define and implement new processes.
- Proactively support key functions and stakeholders to be able to predictively identify future trends, operational forecast and risks.
- Support internal and external customers with system and data related topics
- Follow EHS rules and warn others to follow the rules, execute mandatory EHS trainings and immediately report the incidents and near misses as required.
- Additional duties may be assigned at the discretion of the manager to meet business objectives and program growth
Requirements:
- College or university degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field of study
- At least 3-year work experience as Contract Manager, preferably in Customer Service.
- Proven excellent knowledge of Contract Management processes and policies
- Proven knowledge of data models and data analysis
- Excellent command of English and preferably 1 additional language (German or others)
- Strong expertise with MS Excel and Tableau as well as ORACLE, SQL and VBA programming skills
- Capable to analyze data, recommend and implement structural changes of the reports and visualizations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, write and speak clearly, capable to easily communicate complex ideas, to articulate legal concepts, terms and conditions to audiences with varying levels of legal proficiency
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail, able to explain through data
- Self-starter, who accomplishes goals with broad direction and minimal day-to-day supervision
- Flexible, with ability to quickly adapt to changes in business direction that may impact initiatives in progress with minimal noise
- Proficient at multi-tasking, can manage multiple initiatives concurrently and deliver results on time
